    We used 1/2 inch aluminum tubes with a wooden dowel for the nose and soldered on the fins. Our fuel was a mixture of potasium nitrate (saltpeter), charcoal and sulphur. That was in the mid-sixtees. We had more failures than the U.S. and Russians combined.

    Not a Parrothead, but his songs sure make me want to move to a tropical paradise. Wait a minute...I DID! :D Down here many fishermen hate him because of his support for the manatees. Manatee zones on the water = idle speed zones, which agravate boaters.

    Baseball lover here. IMHO, the other sports are there just to annoy (soccer, basketball) or pass time (football, hockey) between seasons. :D
