My wife got it at the butchers where we got the meat.I'll check when I get home and let you know. Butcher said it was best pre-packed rub he's ever used. Mixed well with the Mesquite. Nice and sweet.
I received the new Cigar Aficionado yesterday and started flipping through it. Saw a two page add with Pepin on one side and El Centurion on the other. I vaguely remember something about a re-issue but thats it. Any news/Feedback on this stick?

Thread bump...I just bought one of the Large versions. Have done Two Beer can chickens , Ribeyes and some flank steaks since I bought it ( 4 days ago) . This thing is the real deal. It is pricey but the CEO of our company has had his fro over 20 years so this should be the last grill I ever buy...
