VR Farmies - just delicious but getting tougher and tougher to get....

I've experienced a few tight drawing sticks in both ENE 03 and ABR 03 boxes. Certainly not the majority of the cigars in the box - but a few here and there. It's a shame as the taste on these is very enjoyable..

Congrats on attaining Operational Capability :thumbs: Now don't omit that other dreaded function ---BACK UP all of those files..... I just went through 4 days of a living nightmare when my OS got corrupted and I thought I would have to spend weeks reentering all that data that I never took...

Just heard back from a friend who is celebrating the New Year's festivities in Habana - the 40th Anny Cohiba sticks are not yet offered for sale in Habana - at least not the real ones..... :( Happy New Year to All here. :thumbs:

I thought I remembered reading that they were to make their appearance at the 2006 Habana Festival - Feb. 26 to March 3, 2006....but I don't remember the source of the story.

It sure is - and an excellent cigar! but not one I would label as STRONG as the original posting was looking for.

Try the Boli 'Churchill' over the Gigantes ---- more power but still delivers taste. :thumbs:

Just tried this a few times and works great from the land line... However, I believe that even if you dial an '800' number from your cell phone - you are still 'charged' for a call (goes against your monthly minutes allotment). But that is still much cheaper than the normal connect charge of $1...

If you are paying much less than $500 - then you're probably overpaying about $400 --- because you should be able to find a box of fakes for about $100. :whistling:

Thanks CC.... I stand corrected :thumbs: but I am happy to state that my box of these is even a better value then I thought as these sticks must be 'overfilled'.... they are certainly more than a 40 ring ...talk about value :whistling: :rolleyes:

They pack a lot of flavor for such a little stick (4 X 42). Medium body,spicy tones,nice finish,good construction... Just too damn small for my personal preferences.
