I started with my first 17 years ago. Now have 5 and going strong. I find the cigars calm me down when the children are driving me crazy.

Hold strong. Things like this work out one way or another but you seem to come out stronger on the other end. Keep your head up.

Sorry to hear about the infection. I hope you are feeling better. On a side note I dont think they would allow a herf in the hospital. To many doctors would want to participate. With all the doctors it would not look good for the anti tobbaco folks.

Thanks for the replies, His reason for not smoking was the infection could be seen on the side of the gums and he felt it would help the infection grow. I have an appointment on Thursday this week for the Root canal Doc says I have a 80% chance to save the tooth and if not he is going to pull...

Went to the dentist today due to a solid tooth ach. Find out that I need a root canal on a Tooth that had a root canal 5 years ago. On top of that Doc says until the infection goes down I need to stay away from Cigars.

Not sure about the area yet. Just moved there 6mo ago. I am in the development just west of Washington and north of Nutmeg.
