20 car accident here in Colorado Springs

That guy in the white truck is a genious. I see all these cars but my truck will make it up this hill. It looks like he didnt have it in 4 wheel drive anyways what a retard.

Note to flatlanders. 4wd doesn't work on snow covered ice and keep your foot off the fuggin' brake pedal when going down the hill. 4wd, Low range and 1st gear might get you down that hill, but I wouldn't try it without chains.

Doc.

That is some crazy stuff. Not sure what the white truck was thinking when he tried to go up the hill...

Keep in mind, these morons are the same ones who drive up to the ski resorts every weekend. You would think after years of "practice" they might learn how to drive in the snow and ice.

Ha! I can't tell you how many insurance deductibles I have paid from driving on ice and snow. Thank god there were no stoned college kids with video cameras to document my stupidity. Great play-by-play.

Nope I sure didn't record it, but I know the guy that did. The location where this took place was just 1/2 mile away from my house.

I laughed my ass off. Especially the guy in the white truck. I mean hello stupid. When you see that many cars on the side of the road all collided together its best to leave that hill alone.

Born and raised (for the most part) in Colorado. A lot of experience driving on snow covered roads. It's nothing like driving on ice, and snow covered ice is even worse. It was a big eye opener for me when I moved to locations more prone to ice-up. Some of the worst drivers on ice are those people who come from locations that get a lot of snow, but little ice. They get overconfident from driving on packed snow, and it is completely different. It's shameful how many of those drivers locked up at the first sign of slippage. I want to believe that we were all taught better, but I guess nothing teaches like experience.

Hope no body got hurt.

I don't miss driving in C-Springs at all... mouthbreathers careening down I-25 with bald tires, tailgating in conditions like this and then wondering why they're in 20-car pile-ups. I've lived a lot of places since my time in Colorado, and they remain far and away the worst drivers I've ever seen.
