I'm curious, does the Finland gov't provide healthcare for all it's citizens? Or something similar? I've heard of other countries doing this and that is why their gas is so high

On topic, 3.14 a gallon here. 45+ to fill my Jaguar XJ8L, 70+to fill my GMC Yukon XL.
