Any vegetable gardeners out there?

Yes m very much agree with u doc

it is very necessary to check the Nature of your garden's soil.... whether it is acidic or basic in nature...

so everybody needs to check and determine the pH level.

We had a good year this year ourselves!

Yellow squash and Zucchini coming out our ears. Sweet corn was the children's favorite. watermelon, cucumber, green beans, bell pepper, eggplant, and tomatoes.

Definitely a great first year. Will do a few things differently next year, but I had a great season.

It sucked. Way too much rain. Potato and tomato blights took their toll. Taters will be more expensive this year across the country.

Doc.

Great harvest at the start, tomatoes coming out our ears but then the blight hit and they were done. All the peppers did well, the squash went crazy and our carrots were the best so far. The potato haul was pretty good and even the rhubarb did well this year. Watermelons were small but good and the cucumbers were OK too. Not a bad year overall.
