Chicken parm , chicken cordon blue , chicken primavera, bacon wrapped ranch chicken.

Cut pockets and stuff them, either stuffing or procucctio and provolone.

Cube it sautee with mushrooms and snap/sugar peas.

Or ham n provolone- light breading and wrapped- cordon blue style
make a simple white gravy and bake

or sautéed spinach n provolone- or goat cheese
