The Big 12 is a great conference. Little did I know when I wanted Michigan in the Rose Bowl they'd draw a Big 12 opponent.
Once I realized that, I had my cigars boxed up for JoeInvest two days ago Yep, I'm a Wolverines fan but I'm also a Longhorns fan ('cept when they play KSU) so I'm happy for the 'horns, they had a GREAT season :thumbs:
Another reason I figured I was toast was because Texas was a "red" state and Michigan was a "blue" :laugh:
My money's on Oklahoma (red state) over USC (blue state) in the Orange Bowl.

I didn't think we had a very good chance of victory but I didn't expect my Gators to be completely embarrassed. I guess not having our head coach for the game and a remaining coaching staff with one foot out the door was not exactly ideal.

Yeah, too bad wasn't it? Being a Tennessee fan, I was actually pulling for the Gators in this one. I always try to pull for SEC teams in bowl games. I figured from the beginning Miami would win, but I thought it'd be closer. You guys should pull one hell of a recruiting class now that Urban Meyer is there.
