Cigar ZIT type of issue

Anyone else get these sore/zit type of things grow on their neck/shoulder area when smoking certain brands of cigars ?

I keep getting these legion type things depending on what cigar i smoke. Padron's, no issue. If I touch a ghurka seems I get these things. They go away in 3-4 days, but seems like my body is allergically reacting to certain smokes.

Any help would be appreciated.

Seriously, it’s easy (and irresistible) to make jokes but you may have a serious issue. You should talk with a Doctor about this. I’d be interested in what he says about this.

The closest I can think of is my friends dog would get legion like sores from worrying. Once he walked into a corner and was stuck there for hours before the owners came home. He was covered with 'em!
Of course, the poor dumb dog didn't know how to back up....

Maybe you're allergic, I'd check that out with a doctor!

You know, whenever I have hot unprotected sex in the back of "bookshops" in Greenwich village and then smoke cigars, I get all sorts of sores. I get a shot or two and follow up meds, and it goes away pretty quick. THose cigars do a number on me!
