Well looks like it is Delmonico's

We can technically hang out in front of Delmonico's and smoke cigars. since it is still the casino area! :laugh: :whistling:

So Im gonna walk into the bar oder a drink and sit on the floor outside of the restaurant and smoke a cigar before dinner..LOL!!
 
I would like to say " thanks" to the planning people for having the herf 15 minutes from my house.

As part of the festivities, there will be an auction of this very special humidor created by tasman, an official U.S. Army ammo can, formerly holding live ammo for the squad automatic rifle. Lined with Spanish cedar and equipped with a cedar tray. It is signed by officers and men of a unit we adopted while they were deployed, the 589th BSB. Included are half a pound of 65% beads and a digital hygro from Cigarmony, and a choice fiver from the Sandbox Mafia. I've included a fiver of my own, and I encourage YOU to add your own as part of the prize package. The winner will take it all home. If the winner intends to fly home with it, let me know so I can be there with a camera while you get strip searched. Seriously, we'll ship it for you, especially if the lucky Brother isn't able to attend the HERF. Proceeds from the ticket sales will go to help pay for the operation of CigarPass. Rod, button up and don't you dare edit this post. This is from us for making CigarPass available as our home. Thanks, Brother! The HERF committee will post details on how to get tickets no later than May 1. That should give us time for all to see what you're buying chances for. I'm betting that there will be some really nice sticks in a one-of-a-kind humidor!

Lastly, our main event at the Roadrunner will be a small banquet. We expect it to cost something under $20 each, or just about the cost of one cocktail on the strip. For this, we get the use of the patio for 4 hours! Its one hell of a bargain. I'd like to ask you again to rate your chances of attending. I could be wrong, but we will not be asking for pre-registration, but we do need to let the restauraunt know as accurate a count as early as we can. So, I'm at 100% and I'll be bringing my wife and daughter. Please post in this thread with your chances of attending. If you're sending something for the Can-a-dor, post it if you chose.

Just bought the airline tickets, now looking at Imperial Palace. I WILL be there.
 
I plan on being there this year! And I have some stuff that I can donate. Can't wait.

Final appetized/buffet spread being finalized - Looks like it was narrowed down to a minimal fee of $15.00 a head and will include free soda, tea, and coffee.
