What Kxthor911 said about trying to support vendors who are also members is a good suggestion. Your money would have been better spent on the newbie sampler trade. Good luck with resolution.

one of my next purchases.

Diapanos, C is absolutely correct - stay away from ALL of  these. These are crap cigars that I smoked 2 out of a bundle in threw the rest in the trash.

To be honest if I was you I would be checking out and trying the cigars on this list. The list was compiled together by Juanote with the help of many members here. Life is too short to smoke shitty cigars brother. Just trying to help you and hopefully save you some money and aggravation in the long run.

We are all here to help, and that list is top notch. Life IS to short to smoke crappy cigars.

I think I mentioned I filed a complaint eith my bank against cuenca.
To dispute the chatge-back cuenca sent paper work
confirming a package was delivered to some guy named Bri Kinnie
in Fort Wayne Indiana.
I live in Michigan.
The paper work also has his email
address physicak address, and IP address.

I wonder if I should let this guy know how foot loose cuenca is being with his personal infornation?

Hopefully your issues with them will get resolved and let that other person know what's going on.

I've dealt with Cuenca a few times. They're not the best when it comes to having the website updated. I would suggest calling before placing an order, to insure items are in stock. Most B&Ms that have a small website should be called before placing any box orders or HTF orders, it's the only actual way to find out what's in stock. Also the Cuenca 5 year torpedo is a nice cigar.

My first order from any new retailer is always a 5er, to test the waters. There are lot's of benefits to only ordering 5 cigars in your first purchase.

I tried calling Cuenca when I was having problems with my order and I get a guy with a thick hard to understand accent with music blaring in the background.
I think they will just be one of the companies I stay away from.

I hear ya. First encounter is make or break for me as well. Try speaking with Anna Cuenca (I believe that's her name) if this order hasn't been resolved yet.
