Do you let your beers warm up? I do.

Most beers I enjoy from the fridge and in a room temp glass. However, most Imperial Stouts and barrel aged stuff gets stored in the closet and drank straight from there (BCBS, KBS, Black Note, Founders IS, Boulevard BAIS, Black Xantus, etc)

Inevitably my IPAs and such will warm some but I just enjoy it through the transition. Regular pool beers are colder the better!

Higher ABV, Stouts/Porters I do.   IPA's don't tend to stick around in my glass long.

Anything that is barrel aged too.   BCBS with some age and a bit warmer tastes completely different to me than "fresh" and chilled.
