This was a CP Nicaraguan habano overrun. I bought a bundle back in May. I tried one earlier and it was pretty pedestrian.

Tonight it shined after a short rest. Very well constructed w a nice draw even burn to the end and lots of smoke. I will def buy another bundle to have in reserve for the rotation. It was $2.10 a stick plus taxes when I bought these.

No 'dog in the fight', as they say, but Atlantic has these back in stock. I keep a couple bundles around; really good smokes for the $$$.....IMHO:

Victor Sinclair Connecticut Yankee. $2 ea. on sale.

A medium Dominican - Habano Connecticut wrapper over Dominican & Nicaraguan fillers.

Cigars International has a nice wooden 20-box Robustos for $69.99. Everyday low price.

Has anyone tried the JR Ulti Cab 40 recently?

Ive got a couple left of a box from back in the day and they were a decent value back then. Probably there is better value out there now. I dont know if JR runs them on specials like CP blasts stuff out. I know there is better at their reg MAP.

$2.50 Arturo Fuente Especiales. Cigar Page has them today for $5 if you can't wait for a sale.

"Rolled with short and medium fillers from the Fuente Farm in DR and wrapped in an Ecuadorian Habano leaf. A super premium cigar with flavors of nuts, cedar, leather, sweetness, and spice. Medium bodied"

Puffy rating: 90 pts.

The El Cheapo tote was running dangerously low and Cigars International stepped up.

These Victor Sinclair cigars make great "gimme one" or yard gars. This bunch is mild to medium and typically draw and burn well.

40 sticks for $89, minus 10% Veteran discount (and free shipping), plus sales tax = $2.11/ea - delivered.
