If he did in fact trip over some poor cameraman's foot, the camerman will never be seen again. Nor will his mother, father, sister, brother, wife, kids, etc. Sad, but, more serious than a heart attack.other1 said:I saw it on CNN here at work.. The TV was on with no sound. I thought he got shot or something. Everyone paniced and like 50 people ran to help him. It looked to me like he might have tripped over the foot of a cameraman who was taking his picture. I wonder if that guy has dissapeared yet.
I saw it last night for the first time. When I first heard it, I actually heard it on the radio and then read it in the papers. After seeing it on t.v., it looks like he just fell on that slight downward step and nothing more than that.other1 said:In viewing it again and again (CNN is showing it like every 15 minutes) I don't think the photographer tripped him, I think he was just unfortunately close to him when he did fall. I still wonder if he should be concerned.. The photographer tripped him sounds better than 'he fell because he is old and frail'.
When he's dead, perhaps there will be an SNL news parody(like the Francisco Franco one with Chevy Chase)where the line goes: "...and in other news, Fidel Castro is still dead."sir-smokes-a-lot said:I thought he was going to live another 50 years in perfect health?
ah well, :sign:
They could have a guy standing next to him for the hearing impaired who would simply cup his hands around his mouth and shout:SFG75 said:When he's dead, perhaps there will be an SNL news parody(like the Francisco Franco one with Chevy Chase)where the line goes: "...and in other news, Fidel Castro is still dead."sir-smokes-a-lot said:I thought he was going to live another 50 years in perfect health?
