Good morning all and yes, the coffee is on. Well Rob, I won the case of beer bet I had with my Harlem Fireman buddy and came in about 40 seconds ahead of him. I finished the 5K in 25:03 and I'll tell you, if you have never been to West Point, there is a hill at the 2 mile point that is straight up and lasts nearly 300 yards. I finshed 31st overall out of 140 and I think 6th in my age group. Either way, I won the bet with my buddy and that's what really matters :D . Hope all you have a super Sunday and enjoy a couple of your favorites especially you Neal since it is your B-Day......... :) :thumbs: :cool:
 
Good morning everyone and I hope your week goes by as smoothly as possible. Just finished a pot of espresso and I'm about to enjoy some breakfast as well. It was good to see the Yankees win yesterday and finish their road trip and head back here to NY. Anyway, hope you all get to enjoy a favorite ceegar today if you get the chance........ :) :thumbs: :cool:

Mornin' all. Just finished off about a gallon of coffee while watchin' the morning SportsCenter. Great stuff, leave is fab.

So how the hell is the rest of you all doin', coffee on yet. Got a fresh pot of Killer Beans on and I might stop by the West Point Dining Facility this morning for some SOS and the all the fixin's. I have a cigar lit via H Upmann Coronas Major and making a glass of real tea. Traveling in uncharted waters with tea leaves and this cup is Jasmine tea. So all is well as I count down to my bday on Friday and the trip to Vegas on Monday. :thumbs:

Hey, did I ever tell you my SOS story?

Picture this...I'm 18, wake up with the flu...it's coming out both ends if you know what I mean...anyway, Did I mention that I'm in Basic Training? So the drill Sgt "convinces" me that I'm not really sick and rather than go on sick call, I "volunteer" for KP. So here I am, sick as a dog, standing in the kitchen of the mess hall smelling all the wonderful Army food cooking. The Mess Sgt takes one look at me and sees that I'm not in any shape to be that helpful...so he gives me the SOS stirring job. There I am stirring this gigantic, floor-mounted, steaming pot of SOS with a paddle-sized spoon. As the Sgt walks away, he offers this advice: "Try not to barf in the pot"

I remember thinking "Who would know?"

True story, I swear....
 
Good morning fellas, yes the Killer Bean coffee is on. The weather has been pretty wet around here for the past 4 days and hopefully it starts to dry up a bit. I'm not sure how long it will stay dry with the bad weather Florida is having now. That storm should hit us some time this weekend and put a dent in out outdoor events. Oh well, it will determine if I go to Schlesingers Cigar Bar or not. :D Anyway, hope you all have a great day and smoke one if you get the chance......... :) :thumbs: :cool:
 
Back at work here in Central Florida early again this morning. Lots to do. I noticed it was raining on the way in...I'm thinking it might storm later!

Morning all and TGIF. I'm only working a half of day today as a good friend of mine acquired 4 tickets for tonight's Eagles / Jets game at the Meadowlands. Being that I'm an Eagles fan, I'll definitely enjoy it even though it's still preseason. Hope all of you have a great weekend and try and stay dry. Good morning all and hope your weekend is going as smoothly as possible. Yesterday, I never left the house because of the rain and winds we were suppose to get that we really never did till late. Spent the day watching all sort of college football. I got a fresh pot of Killer Beans (thanks to Mr. Peat) and I'm gonna whip up a nice batch of scrambled eggs and bacon in a few for breakfast. Good morning to all, I just brewed a fresh pot of coffee myself and the best thing about that is now I am in my own place and free of anyone to tell me about it. Have some good music going and about to step outside to enjoy a little smoke with my nice cup of hot coffee. First time in almost 20 years I have not had to worry about no one but myself. Life is goooooooood. Everyone have a great Sunday.
 
Morning all. Cleaned the garage yesterday so I managed a few sticks doing that. Today I'll be breaking out the grill for some Boubon BBQ chicken. Got a pot of Mayorga going to get me going. Hope everyone has a good gay and ejoys some of the holiday weekend.
