Happy that our youngest daughter started her Sophomore year and it's back to just me and the dogs, the entire day. Oldest daughter is in her 2nd week at Oklahoma State/Rushed Pi Phi and son is almost done with Boot Camp (Turns green on 9/12) then will stay for AIT until 12/12.

Unhappy that it's so quiet in here. Why is it always the smallest dog (dachshund), that barks the loudest and most often? While the big 'ol Great Dane just acts like nothing's going on.

Last week I turned 60, and today we celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary! I have been married to my wonderful wife for literally half of my life!

Surgery yesterday went fairly well, albeit delayed. The "boys" are rather sore and I'll be laid up a little today. No smoking for a couple days, I guess.
