I recently received a spectactular sampler from Gael of his current lineup:

LHB Claro - Medium Body : Available in Torpedo, Toro and Robusto
LHB Maduro - Medium Body + : Available in Torpedo, Toro and Robusto

LHB 2XL Sun Grown - Full Flavored : Available in Torpedo and Toro Gordo (6 x 56)

V2 (special order) Full Flavored (SunGrown / Made in Miami by J.Marta Perez) : Available in Colada ( 5 x 44) and Torona /"Torpedo Fino" ( 6 x 42)

I have tried the following thus far...
LHB Claro Torpedo
LHB Maduro Torp & Toro
LHB 2XL Toro Gordo
V2 Colada

I enjoyed the LHB Maddies quite a bit... . but I was surprised the fuller flavored LHB 2XL tasted flat in comparision. Before I pass judgement on the 2XLs, I am gonna have to try a few more from the batch.

But of the bunch, the V2 Colada blew my socks off! A truly enjoyable smoking experience. I look forward to the Torp Finos that are up next.

Thanks Gael, you've got me hooked!

What's the deal with these? I went to the website, but only found a BBS and a phone number.
What's the price range like? I just got a couple of these, but haven't smoked 'em yet.

Having the 2 of you in favor sounds like a good recommendation to me!

Psyktek, PM sent.

Your best bet is to contact Gael for current availibility and prices.

Are you using the same blend that was used before you discontinued production? Just wondering if it'll have a different taste or not ???

I read a lot of good reports on these cigars and have been wondering about them.
I'll try one once the website is working

Is this true or untrue?

I'm not sure that I understand the question. ???

The LHB 2004 is a slightly different blend than the LHB 1997;
different classification of tobaccos mostly.

The "Trilogy Of Fuertes" blends remain unchanged.

The Bean're Select line is an entirely new line.

Hope this helps.

gael is it REALLY a 4 week wait on the V2s??? cant we get a CP rush job? :0

Barney,

At the moment I am waiting to receive another shipment of Sumatra Sungrown wrapper so we won't be able to resume the V2 production until the end of the month. In the meantime, I am blending a new cigar . The LL V3.1. Stay tuned. ;)
