Multiple Tabs

Anyone else having this issue? Sometimes it's all the tabs are double, sometimes it's just one tab doubled...

...yeah, something is broken. I just tried to upload a photo and both IE and Chrome are broken....

Mobile skin isn't working for me. I'm also seeing the same messed up tab issue.
