The IPA ended up being called "The Bitter End" but I will need to rename it again because ther eare a few out with that name already.
Currently fermenting: 10gal IPA and 10 Gal of Coffee Stout. (Switchback Stout) because I got some El Salvador coffee from Switchback Coffee Roaster, a local Roaster here in the Springs.

It is on untapped, and the IPA has that same "off" flavor...but it is cold crashing right now with the Stout that is AMAZING.
Will keg the stout after they finish crashing, then I will dry hop the IPA
