Name That Cigar

Last night I was looking thru my coolidor and ran across this cigar. It is about 6" long with a ring gauge about 49, the foot has a pigtail with a lighter colored wrapper and yes the picture is upside down.
My google fu must be weak, as I was not able to ID this cigar.
