I don't watch a lot of television. But, the wife is sick again and I'm hanging around the quite a bit. Anyway, watched Hostiles last night. Thought it was good.

Started watching Godzilla minus 1....but had to hit pause because the AC conked out.

Went outside, stripped the soft start device (lasted 5 days) and got the AC working again.

Came back in and we finished Godzilla minus 1. It was pretty good.

Alien: Earth on FX is a fresh take on my favorite franchise. Good, not great. Maybe it will finish strong.

Dexter: Resurrection is great. Bravo Showtime.

Yea it's definitely a different take. Some episodes have felt more Bladerunner than Aliens, but I'm enjoying it so far.

Started The Terminal List: Dark Wolf

Wife started binging Leanne on Netflix.
First few episodes were a little rough around the edges, but it has some funny moments.

Started “The Rookie” over because I couldn’t remember where I left off.

Watched Upgrade last night. I thought it was pretty good. Had some action and a twisty plot.

The Long Walk

This was done right. As some know (and you should, if you participated in a previous contest!), TLW is my favorite bit of lit ever written. I understand one or two of the liberties that were taken to adapt to film, while another one or two seem unnecessary -- but it was still fantastic. Five stars. 8.7 / 10. Would recommend.
