Well guys, it has been a whirlwind for me lately. I have had a very large workload with a big deadline to meet. During all this my wife and I decided to get a seperation. And to top it off I deploy again next week. I don't know when we will push the divorce paper work through. Truth be told it could a long time before we do the paperwork. But it is going as smoothly as I could have hoped. We are on good talking terms. I took her and the kids out to a nice Japanese steak house last night. Knowing it would probably be the last time we are all out together at a nice restaurant, we had a really good time. A lot of smiles and laughs.
Anyways, because we are going to be apart soon, I am not going to ask her to look after my cigars. So I am going to hand over the reigns of CPI to Joe M. For those of you who don't know Joe, he is a stand up gentleman and a fine Brother of the Leaf. Unless I hear objections, I am going to split up CPI for transfer to Joe. Most of the cigars I am going to mail directly to Joe. The rest I would like to do another CPI pass. If I get enough "go for it's" for the pass, I would have to have the pass in the mail by next Thursday.

Never easy to have a long-time relationship go sour. And it always seems like everything happens at once. Take a deep breath, count to ten, and just take things one day at a time.

Great choice with the A$$MAN to take care of CPI. Go for the pass, I haven't played for a bit, but I'll come out for this one. :thumbs:

Sorry to hear about the fire-storm. Hope all goes well on the deployment and good luck with the rest of the stuff. We're all sure Joe will be fine with CPI so don't worry about it. Go for the pass.... though I'm not sure I can be involved, since I'm on the road until Sep myself.

Sorry to hear of the split...sounds like you will be able to make it through since you can keep it on pleasant terms. Things happen, it is tough being in the military during these current times, maybe things will workout.

Man that really sucks about your current situation. I only know you from the board, but by your actions I can tell you're a class-act guy and a great BOTL. I really hope everything goes well.

Thanks for the well wishes guys. Things are progressing as well as I could ever hope for. Since no one has PM'ed me with any reason not to head forward with a CPI handoff pass, I will get things started. :thumbs:
