I’m Melting In Oregon we normally do get hot hot well this week it is freaking Hot today at my place the temp reached 109 Combine that with being a fat guy and Working Graveyard try sleeping. I am living on rockstar and Dr. Pepper and the daily CAO man I moved to Oregon because I like the rain and cold this is ridiculous.

Ok all help tell me how hot it is where you live make me feel better about 105 predicted for tomorrow. rp

Ohh and I am a card carring member of FPAHW

It's been one of the coolest summers on recored here in Iowa. Our air conditioner has been turned off for over a week and that is unheard of in August. High expected today is 79 with low 80s for the foreseeable future. Any comment on that Mr. Gore?

Nha Trang in monsoon season. Average temp of 95 and 10 hours of rain a day. That is the most miserable I've ever been

It's been 100 this summer, but this past week it's been 85 tops and low/no humidity. Perfect weather. Hopefully, I'll be catching some trout tomorrow and smoking a couple while I do it. ;)

BTW, God help you if CC finds your spelling and grammar errors... :sign:

Greenville SC has been hot, in the 100's. Lately it's been great, 60's in the AM and 80-90's in the afternoons. Still hot for me, being a FPAHW.. :D

It hasen't been above 75 all week here in the Poconos at my house, thats a good thing because i have the heat also, when i was stationed in west Tx it was the worst.

It's a beautiful day in Northwest PA and I'll be golfing in a few hours!

Of course we'll be paying for it in mid-January. :(

Well at least it'll keep the skeeters off of ya. For those 10 hours at least?

Wilkey

It is pretty doggone hot here in the PacNW. I was on the phone to Swissy last night and he had a brainstorm on how to deal with the heat: Get two kiddie pools for the deck. Fill one with cool water, and fill the other with Tanqueray and Tonic....!!!....

Rinse and repeat as required - B.B.S.

How long can those tiny little dogs of yours tread Tanqueray?

Not expected to get out of the 60's today and tomorrow, with Rain Glorious Rain! We've had a very hot very dry summer.

It's been 95-100 since the first of July here with no rain. We have cracks in the ground so big that if you drop something and it falls in a crack you will never see it again. It ia 9:30 PM now and the humidity is 94%. Good news is we have a 40 to 60 percent chance of rain all weekend.

:D I see that Texas is pretty close to Oregon! I wish it was only 110!

Right now we are hitting the summer time and it is any where from 110 to 130 and still smoking!
