Peace Officer Memorial Day

Tomorrow is Peace Officer Memorial Day to honor all police officers who died in the line of duty. I hope all my brothers here at CP will take a moment during the day to remember those officers who gave their lives to protect the public.

For practice today the Frisbee team played a point for their memory.
Then some of did a shot-gun (beer can) salute to you guys.

I think it depends where you live. With living just 70 miles from DC all the TV stations had stories concerning the ceremonies that where held at the memorial yesterday.

Unfortunately this year my agency had four officers added to the memorial (3 National Park Rangers, 1 U.S. Park Police Officer).

We live in the warren , youngstown ohio area. We just lost one to a A-hole they got in Fla. Made it down there and was caught in 48 hrs. Unfortunatley there is nothing on T.V or news about it up here (very little).
