Interesting. Might be worth a try but still hard to beat my old standby Palio for $9.

Edit: OK now I watched the video. I'm even more interested and I guess I'll probably grab one sometime to check out. That looked like it worked pretty quickly to light the guy's cigar.

I've got a Palio single flame and Vector three flame torches. They seem to work fine. There are lots of cool lighters, some guys prefer soft flame, but these are pretty much perfect and are inexpensive enough to pitch if / when they act up. And believe me, around here they get used...
