And sometimes you just feel like you need a good shower to wash an experience off of you. Most people know I LOVE horror flicks, scary, gory, cheesy, whatever. However this evening while watching the Chiller channel, I watched "Killer Klowns from Outer Space." Wow, what a ummmm movie....how is it that this "gem" has escaped me all these years? Just wondering if this film had graced anyone else's screen. I think it might be a movie you need to be in an altered state to appreciate. Not sure...anyway, scuse me while I go get that shower... :sign:

I watched this movie years ago. I guess I need to checked it out again. It's right up there with House (not the doctor show) as ridiculous horror movies. I love 'em.

I dig horror and zombie movies, but can't saw I have ever experienced killer clowns from outer space. It sounds too generic for me.

Well after the "shower"...I am going to watch it again...I have also been watching some of the other cheese on CHILLER....Sleepaway Camp movies...this chick just lawn-mowered a woman's head...I am going to see the new Friday the 13th movie in a couple of days...can't wait...I thought it was a remake but it is not....

I am a HUGE B-movie Horror fan!! Killer Klowns was awesome!! Also check out Night of the Comet! Kinda like "Valley Girl" meets "Night of the Living Dead". The Toxic Avenger, and probably my all-time favorites: The Silent Night Deadly Night series. Those movies made me hate Santa Claus when I was a kid!

All-time corniest horror movie has got to be Monster Dog. Poorest quality I've ever seen in a movie, but it is so poorly made that it's funny. It had Alice Cooper in it and at the time I was really into his music so I saw his movie. Classic.

By far one of the bloodiest (blatantly fake) movies ever.

The best 15 minutes of the movie involve a lawnmower and a room full of zombies..

For some strange reason, "Killer Klowns" is HUGE in Latino youth culture. Still! My students have t-shirts, stickers . . . the "klowns" have cross-pollinated with the whole "Jester" logo thing . . . it's kind of weird, since I remember watching it when it came out on VHS. Yeah . . . tape! :laugh:

It's kinda like seeing one of 'em in a Black Flag or Dead Kennedys shirt. I mean . . . isn't Rollins about MY age now?
