The Cuban Embargo

#1 reason........Fidel and his cronies need the embargo in place to control the people. Otherwise they might start getting crazy ideas like getting on a plane to Miami. Besides, Communism has always needed a bad guy to point the finger at. There still are billboards in Havana with Bush II that describe him as a diabolical entity. John

It would be a vacation of a lifetime. I would hate to go through the hassels that they are talking about to justify the trip though. I wonder who polices those policies while there?

I might. I'm going to Colombia next year. My wife was born there and I was looking into dual citizenship, maybe now I don't have to. Now I might look into going to Cuba from Colombia.
