The end of an era...

Glad to see you’re still hanging around with us Brad!
Another brother named Keith Romero did the same as you are. It still sucks that he stopped hanging out as he was a really great guy. I still text him from time to time, but miss his presence here.

That being said, I know it’s something you have to do for you and your wife, but everything in moderation. A little diet and exercise goes a long way. I’m a firm believer that cigarettes have a bad impact on your health, but a cigar or two a week is beneficial to it. As long as you are not inhaling.

This is so true... I quit smoking cigarettes 25+ years ago, replaced that bad habit with cigars... I have 2 to 3 a week and it definitely helps with my heart and attitude... My heart doctor told me I am in perfect health now, and to keep doing what I am doing... :)

Same here! Started smoking cigarettes when I was 16 and finally managed to quit when I was around 23 or 24. I was a little nervous when I first took on cigars that I would become addicted to nicotine again, but it’s completely different.
Doctor told me less than a month ago to keep doing what I’m doing, and enjoy the things everyone says are bad for you sensibly.

Brad 2.0, I’m just stumbling upon this post now. This place is so much more than a cigar forum, it’s about family! Just because you’re not smoking, doesn’t mean your not a brother to us. Glad to see that you plan to stick around even though you can’t smoke. Take care of yourself and your wife! We’ll always be here for ya!
