Well I went into the Humi to grap some smokes for golf and OMFG I saw it. I had 2 cigars that were in a ziplock baggie since I acquired them. And there it was, the dust, the holes, and yes the BEATLES! In checking the Baggie, there were no holes, Thank God, I think they were contained. I have inspected every cigar in my Humi and quarantined those that were n the drawer with these just in case. Stay tuned for the dissection of the cigars.

These cigars were kept at 65% and 65 degrees, I have had them fr 6 months at least......YUK!

Dude, you actually have cigars that were touched by The Beatles? Do you understand how much those are probably worth, considering their one of the greatest bands in the history of rock music?

Oh, my bad....you meant BEETLES, didn't you? :sign:

Anyway, back to being serious, it's a good thing that you caught it when you did, AND that you had them isolated in a ziplock bag. Great pics too, especially of the extracted beetles.

Yes, it was a small attempt at subdued humor.......the filenames of the pictures were spelled correctly......

I do not wish to publicly post the brand....It is not a major brand and they were gifted to me. Also it could be because of my own storage....I will respond to PM's where possible.

65/65 and beetles? :0 God!

So it looks like - "I you are going to have beetleg You will have them, no metter the temperature or humidity" :/

That would freak the crap out of me. I had some beetles in a cheap bundle of cigars this time last year, and it was an isolated to a few sticks. I did not have near the collection then that I do now. It would freak me out more now.

Are you going to try to freeze any cigars, or cigars that were in the same drawer?

Thanks for the post. The pictures were informative for me so that I know what to look for if I ever run acros this in my humi. Hopefully, I never do.

LOL, gave the one on the right to my father in law to smoke today.....he knew the story....and yes in the first inch there was the "snap crackle pop" sound.......but it ended up smoking OK

-D

So after I saw this scary topic I decided to do some stuff check, and look what I found on one of Cuban...
