It's true what everyone says, at five years these are fantastic.

Next on the sampler is a RyJ 2016. After avoiding ‘nado’s in Mississippi, I put on some bug repellant and went to town on this in our temporary 70 degree weather. Smooth, creamy, full strength with almost no pepper. Still not my favorite out of the sampler but it sets at #3 currently.

Another from the illusione sampler is next. Thanks again for this brother.

@CigSid thank you for this! I've never had an RyJ that I enjoyed this much. Now I know why, they never had enough age on them. This on the other hand had so many dimensions. Citrus, bell pepper, stewed fruit, wood, leather and more that I couldn't put my finger on.
