The weather was nice yesterday so made it a twofer: Johnny O 2015 corona gorda that was a gift and a Padron 1964. Side by side I preferred the Padron, but both were good. I have a few more J.O.'s to sample before I make the decision on to whether I should dive in deeper.

The Tabernackle short robust. Folks, you have to at least try one of these. Most perfect white ash I've ever seen, burned razor sharp and taste was excellent. Medium/full and very comparable to a '64 if not better. Nice spice note on the nose and wonderful fullness for the balance. Gave me that ou la la moment.
