A couple of beef roasts. Not sure how they will turn out. Gonna slice one thin for sandwiches and one is going into the slow cooker after smoking so I can pull it. I’ll post the final results in the ‘What’s on the grill/smoker’ thread

It was pretty good. I like that it had a bit of pepper to it in the first half. I kinda moved away from that unintentionally but it was a nice reminder of how much I like that. Lol. Will definitely have a place in my rotation.

A first for me. Definite CC smoothness, but something a little different about it. I smoked it right after a Raf Gonzalez, so that might have had something to do with it. I’ve got three more, so we will see how they go.
