I had gotten 3 of these in September but never tried one. With the new "ratings" out figured tonight was a good time to try one.

I would say the CA review is spot on. As to #1, how do you choose a favorite? I was under the impression the list was basically pay to play for the advertisers, but how would Cuba pay a US magazine? Cigars for life?

I did enjoy the smoke a lot. Took a good hour 50. Would love to see what 3-5 years do to this one. It was a GEM JUL 21.

Kafie 1901 by Santiago made by La Aurora with Jalapa, Esteli, Condega tobacco and aged five years. Full, Carmel, nuts, coffee, and damn good.

The Kafie was a solid smoke Chuck, great draw, great burn and flavors. Freezing my ass of at 36° and a nasty north wind. This the best I could do, fingers are damn cold.
