Those are rolled at Tabacalera La Isla in Santiago, DR... the nephew of Manny Quesada oversees the whole line. My next factory tour.. hopefully this Feb. The nephew hasn't blown up yet.. but is definitely on his way! This cigar is an easy 94 pointer imo..

If you've never experienced city pop before this album is a great listen. Junko Yagami' full moon (1983). Have a few records of this era, but this one was my first.



Wrapper: Ecuadorian Habano Oscuro Marron
*aged for six months in scotch barrels
Binder: Mexican San Andrés Negro
Filler: Dominican Republic (Olor, Piloto, San Vicente) & Nicaragua (Condega, Estelí)

This is a bit stronger than what I'm used to, but it was quite tasty and it smoked very well.

Very smooth, well constructed smoke that burned well and stayed lit.

I don’t even know where I got this cigar. Apparently it rolled off of the shelf into the nether regions of the humidor. Sometimes it sucks getting old...but on the positive side, I can hide my own Easter eggs!
