From what I've read, they were a colab with Saka and The DOJO guys. Sounds like Smoke Inn was the main distributor. I was gifted this by a good friend outside of CP, so I did not buy it.
ETA... No wonder the ring seemed smaller than a 60. It is a 50. My eyes are so bad with small print. The halfwheel article has it at 6 x 50. So I went to Smoke Inn and wallah.... 6x50.
