and had a couple of great cigars Sunday night. I started off with a Partagas Short that came from somebody I can't remember a while ago, and then rolled straight into a Tatuaje Regios. I also listened to the latest Dogwatch through them both. You may notice that I hadn't mentioned my wedding earlier. This is because I am kind of a modest man, and don't like to be in the "offstage" spotlight. Anyway, I heard an idea that someone around here, I can't remember who does it, but I'm gonna steal the idea anyway. I am going to buy a stick soon, and on my anniversary every year, and smoke it a year later. This year I have narrowed it down to a Tatuaje Cojonu 06 or a Camacho Triple Maduro which has just come out. Which do you guys think would do the best with a year of age on it?

Thanks in advance.

when they say "I Do", it really means "i don't do THAT anymore"...

Conrads though, still glad i took the plunge almost 18 years ago. Nice idea on the cigar thing, can't help you much on that choice though.

sucker... errr I mean CONGRATS!!

Going on 22 years this year in Oct, so I wish you and your wife at least that many years of love and friendship. Remember, marriage is like a job, you have to work at it to be successful.

Ditto on that job part. The hardest job one can ever have, but the one with a great retirement plan. In terms of a cigar, would you consider the Grand Cojonu?

Good luck to you and your wife. Ditto on the job part.

As a matter of personal preference, I'd go with the Tatuaje.

Congrats on the wedding and I wish the two of you the best. I's have to agree with Jay (Jack Straw), buy a box of a great cigar and smoke one every year. Maybe like a box of Ashton VSGs or Padron 1964s, etc. I'd bet that the ones 20 years from now will be great......... :)

Congratulations, Chris...!! I'll blaze a good one tonight in your honor.....

My dear wife and have been married for 12 years now, and I owe much to my great partner. As the others have said, a good marriage takes work, but it's well worth the investment.

Best Regards, friend Chris - B.B.S.

Congrats!

Now what are you doing posting on a cigar board instead of taking care of business? :whistling:

Wow Chris... Congrats bro!!! I wish you all the best!!!

I would pick up a box of somethin' special you really like, and have one every anni for quite a while!!!

Congratulations, bro. 15 years here for me and the missus.

My vote's for the Tatuaje. Good now, likely very good in the coming years. Can't go wrong with these babies.

Congratulations Chris!! She must be one hell of a woman to put up with your driving schedule. Every time I think of that, I don't see how you do it.

My vote would also be for the Tatuaje. The Gran Cojonu is one of my favorites ... especially when they had the Rosado wrappers. The 2006 and the Gran are both pretty spicy cigars, so aging them ought to be outstanding. If you can afford a box, by all means, make it an annual event.

And get off the damn boards and take care of business before you have to hit the road again!! :whistling:

Go with the Tat! Congratulations and the best to you and you new blushing bride!

There has got to be something in the water! People getting married...........having babies! Sheeeeeeesh!
