Starting with small batches until I find something I build off of. I’m fairly confident this is the updated recipe to reflect small tweaks I’ve made. I can say that the Amaretto has mellowed significantly from when I first jarred it. I was afraid it was going to be too aromatic but it’s not too bad.

All my whole-leaf used to come from WLT.com and then AZ outlawed shipping it in. My last order was snuck in thru a 3rd party ... hence the name.I dig the name
