Coming from two breweries that know how to make hoppy beers, this was a surprising miss. May have been the Nelson hops, but the taste profile was not to my liking. Oh well.

It was good, but there's no way I would have picked "cherry" in a blind tasting. I would have noticed that something was just a tad different than the numerous times I've had Parabola, but I would not have been able to pick out what exactly was going on. For me, it was good but not a variant I would ever obsess over.

Funny, I had one tonight. My wife likes them, I just have a hard time finding them around here. Plenty of IPAs, Sours, just not many smoothie spurs since summer is ending.
