Been working all week so it's been short smokes to finish off the evenings. A Padron 1926 Serie #35 maddie each night this week. I'm not sure that there's a finer small smoke out there.
Agreed. I had a robusto. I didn't label it when it came in, so all I know is that it's a robusto and I have 10 (had. Now 9) of them. My guess is it's an ISOM, but that doesn't help much. Too bad, too. It was really good!
Smoked a new stick that my B&M gave me to try, brand called La Hara, toro size. I was pleasantly surprised, it was a damned tasty stick with a very dynamic flavor profile, even for my noobish palatte. I think it was only a $4-5 cigar too, I'll have to head back soon and grab a few more.
Both very good smokes. The Monte #2 was a li'l different than I expected based on some of the other Montes I've had, but from what I understand this is a very inconsistent smoke..... very good nonetheless.
The Padilla was a surprsingly good smoke. I will definitely be looking to get my mitts on more of these.
After dinner, I had a Ovation Cameroon by Alec Bradley. A very mild cigar is what I thought, not my usual body, however it burned evenly and was consistant throughout.
