My mom’s birthday yesterday, but she was too full from lunch last night. So tonight knowing she’s a huge Chinese orange chicken fan, I made - Pan Seared Duck Breast with White Wine Orange Pan Sauce. Paired it with baby carrots glazed with brown sugar and honey. Not pictured is a garden salad with huge amounts of home grown cherry tomatoes. She loved it!
