I actually started weight watchers a week ago. Down 2.5 lbs on the week. Goin to the meetings with all the middle aged ladies lol

I've done WW before and was pretty successful, but like any program, when you stop...welll duh!

My mom’s birthday yesterday, but she was too full from lunch last night. So tonight knowing she’s a huge Chinese orange chicken fan, I made - Pan Seared Duck Breast with White Wine Orange Pan Sauce. Paired it with baby carrots glazed with brown sugar and honey. Not pictured is a garden salad with huge amounts of home grown cherry tomatoes. She loved it!

OK, you guys got me inspired, so a first plate for me. Pulled pork ( slow cooked in the crock ), home made coleslaw, pickled onions, mac&cheese and fresh blueberries, not pictured... and, oh yes, fresh homemade cherry pie. And my wife thinks you guys rock with such tasty meals.

Is on a larger fish, there is a medallion of meat in the cheek right behind and above the mouth. Incredible!
