Good friends of ours do make their own. I’ve tried it a couple of times and it reminds me more of goat cheese than yogurt. But, that could be just me because everyone else loves it.

It can definitely be tart, I sweeten mine with good maple syrup. Yum

Escargot, from Walmart no less, in garlic butter on French baguette slices to slop up the goodness. 400 for 10 in the hot box.

Eating out in general, and fast food in particular, has gotten stupid expensive. Everything is 150%-200% compared to pre-covid.

Did a Saturday inspection and noticed tons of wild raspberries growing around the area this house was at. So, I hung around after everyone else had left and picked enough to make a pie.
