The two White Owls are packaged together though, whereas the cigarettes would be loose. I vote no.

I have been watching this pass for a while and when I saw those T's and P's I had the exact same question on the Cohiba and WO's. I do understand that everyone is gonna want to get those WO's now that they are in there, but you need to make sure things are as equal as possible.. and 2 for 1's are definitely frowned upon.

Maybe some nice BOTL will send this man some WO's Grape since it doesn't appear he has anything to Put for them! :thumbs:
