Fresh hot and sweet banana peppers from my garden, stuffed with cream cheese, garlic powder, tarragon, fresh basil from my garden, aged sharp new york cheddar cheese, and top with a slice of venison backstrap, then wrapped in bacon.

Going on the smoker now.

These were really good!

I will try a little bigger peice of venison in the next batch, it wasn't very dominant, but the filling was perfecto!

A couple of marinated pork chops & a Thumanns jumbo hot dog. All served with mashed potatoes & a salad.

Unexpected dinner visit from my 2 Grandkids. Hadn’t planned on cooking tonight so…
Burgers, jumbo hot dog, pork chop & some home made

slaw.

The Oklahoma Joe's Highland offset smoker arrived and has been assembled and burned in. Tomorrow there will be butt!

As promised ... 7lb pork butt and a 3lb chuck roast.

Roast is done and resting, pork butt covered and heat increased.
