Unhappy Thread

"Electrodesiccation and curettage (ED&C) is a dermatology procedure used to remove certain skin lesions, including some types of skin cancer, warts, and actinic keratosis. The procedure involves scraping away abnormal tissue with a curette, followed by the application of an electric current to destroy remaining cells and minimize bleeding."
I get to have this done on my shin Wednesday. Pretty common but not looking forward to it. I already have issues with my legs so healing will take some time. I'll take any good vibes or prayers.
Prayers and good vibes coming your way brother

Best of luck Brother!

Found out Friday that I get to have surgery next month. My Great Dane "Sac-punched" me a few months ago and caused a hydrocele that isn't going away on its own. Good times! 🤪

Damn, guys. Keeping y'all in my thoughts.

All ended well. The red is beachfront -- I live on Dovekie, which is in the red. Basically, we're the first to die. The yellow is Extreme Tsunami zone, which means that if a really severe tsunami hits (waves around 5' and over), then that area is in danger now, too.
Ah ok, the word extreme is what got me. You would think it would be on the red part! Or at least that’s what I thought lol

Good luck Joe! Not the same, but sort of similar............I had this done to the inside of my eye, so it could be worse! Take some healing time to yourself afterwards. Hopefully you know someone that can come over, pour you a few fingers worth and cut/light a cigar for you.

Hang in there, my grandpa has had that done 3-4 times now and it has a high success rate!
At least number 5 for me. Pretty common but it still sucks especially if they have to go back in a second or third time. Usually not the case.

Going in for the third scrapping. I have pictures. It's my lucky day. Take care of your bodies. Sun good, too much sun bad.
Alright gentlemen, thanks listening to my frantic musings. They finished me off with a graft of bovine collagen to help with the recovery. Dreading the moment the pain meds wear off. I'm hoping the rest of this story is uneventful.

We're pulling for ya, Joe!
