I never thought about grilling bone marrow as I assumed all the goodness would drip out of the bottom. Did you cook them entirely on an open grate?

My buddy had started cooking them already when I arrived - he was on the grill tending to them constantly. and they did not lose any of their gelatinous deliciousness... And now I want more lol
