This weekend diesel was $4/liter and gasoline $7/liter. Most of Havana was without water 8 days, due to the power outage. Communist party headquarters in Moron, Ciego de Avila was set on fire on Saturday. I think much of that is going to continue. Lights out, no water, chug a bottle of rum with your buddies...ah lets set a building on fire.
