15 minute cigar

I find myself smoking more cigars and smoking in circumstances where time is limited.

I like the R&J Reserve Maduro Petite for a quick cheap smoke

How about some suggestions on a good short smoke?

If you go the ISOM route, Partagas Short.

Famous has a tin package that I picked up for whenever I need a short smoke. Macanudo, Fuente, Padron, Cohiba, and Partagas. The Fuentes are hit and miss, but everything else in there I really enjoy.
