Dr. Pepper here and x2 on the ginger ale. That Manhattan Special looks interesting. Coke used to make something similar - Coke Blak, that I loved with cigars.

The Monster Java Blends are a staple of mine. There are a variety of flavors, but whatever. Espresso, coffee, and rum (Zacapa 23 & HC7) are my favorites.
