Charlie helped me realize that today is my second anniversarry here on CP, so I think a contest is in order.

I'm brewing my first ever batch of beer today with an extract kit from Nothern Brewer.

What beer am I brewing?

1 guess per day

The winner will get a mixed box of beer and cigars. Good luck and thanks for having me.

Keep us updated on the progress of this. I'm wanting to start home brewing as well and would eventually want to do a Stout.

I found a place that sells used bourbon barrels...could make for a sweet Bourbon Breakfast Stout. :thumbs:
